Activity Overview This kayaking tour is considered a medium-effort activity. Guests with health conditions should consult their healthcare provider prior to booking. Participant Requirements - All guests must sign a liability waiver before participating. - Life jackets are mandatory for all kayakers during the tour. - Solo kayakers must be aged 13 or older. - Children under 13 may only ride in a tandem kayak with an adult guardian aged 18 or older. - Toddlers and infants aged 4 years or younger are not permitted on kayaks. Pre-Tour Communication Alex in the Keys will contact each guest the day before the scheduled activity to confirm the booking time and meeting location. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Guests may reschedule or receive a full refund if the activity is canceled at least 48 hours in advance. - Alex in the Keys LLC reserves the right to cancel the activity due to safety concerns, including inclement weather. In such cases, guests will have the option to rebook or receive a full refund.
